Return and Refund Policy for The Gentleman Brewing Company

Thank you for shopping at The Gentleman Brewing Company. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we really want to know to be able to help us learn from your experience. 

Please be aware that once an order is confirmed, we are unable to cancel it. 

Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, including its original packaging.

For your return to be processed, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We'll also inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, please email us at info@tgbco.co.uk

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
